Within the scope of our accounting, audit, tax and legal engagements, we process the data necessary to perform the contract. This data is protected by the professional secrecy applicable to the chartered accountancy and statutory auditor profession.

Retention period
Contact form data is retained for 3 years from the last interaction. Engagement data is retained according to legal obligations (10 years for accounting documents).

Our information systems are audited annually. Sensitive documents are encrypted at rest. File access is restricted to the relevant engagement team.
