01Is the first meeting paid?
No. All initial meetings are free of charge, without commitment, and covered by our professional secrecy. Allow 45 to 60 minutes to properly frame your need.
02Do you work with companies based outside Gabès?
Yes. We support clients in Tunis, Sfax, Sousse, and abroad (France, Europe, Gulf). For remote engagements, the visit cadence is set at the start of the mandate.
03How are your engagements priced?
Depending on the nature of the engagement, either by annual fixed fee (statutory, outsourcing, SME programme), or by time spent (one-off audit, advisory, litigation). Every engagement is governed by an upfront engagement letter specifying scope, schedule and fees.
04How fast can a mission start?
For an urgent mission (tax audit, pre-deal due diligence), we mobilise a team within 48 hours. For a recurring engagement (statutory, outsourcing), the start aligns with the current fiscal year, after a 1-to-3-week framing phase.
05Do you have digital tools for file tracking?
Yes. We use an internal portal for document sharing (rolling out client-side in 2026) and accounting software compliant with Tunisian standards. Clients who wish to do so can connect their ERP directly to the firm.
06Are you independent of banks or third-party suppliers?
Yes, without exception. The firm has no commercial agreement with banks, software vendors, or law firms. Our only obligation is to our clients.
07What confidentiality do you offer?
Professional secrecy is written into every engagement letter. Our information systems are audited annually, sensitive documents are encrypted, and file access is restricted to the engagement team.
08Are your reports available in several languages?
Yes. We routinely produce in French, Arabic and English. For international groups, we adapt the report format to group standards (UK English, IFRS, etc.).
